Balyam instant is a poly herbal powder containing milk proteins.

Composition:

Balyam instant comprises concentrated herbal extracts of Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Amla, and Shankhpushpi, along with Khatika (a calcium provider), whey milk, and skimmed milk.

Preparation and Usage:

• Take a cup of lukewarm or cold milk.
• Add 2-3 heaped tablespoons of Balyam instant.
• Stir and drink with or without sugar as per preference.
